Nancy J. Razza, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist practicing in Red Bank, NJ, with extensive training and experience in posttraumatic stress disorder. Dr. Razza, who has been in practice more than 20 years, has worked with numerous clients on post traumatic symptoms resulting from sexual abuse, chaotic and violent childhood family experiences, and work-related trauma.  Dr. Razza helps clients to work through difficulties often encountered in intimate relationships for those who have suffered interpersonal trauma. In addition, Dr. Razza provides psychotherapy for clients who have suffered other interpersonal difficulties and losses, and who struggle with periods of anxiety or depression. Dr. Razza has published books and articles on the importance of treating trauma-related disorders for all clients, even those with additional complications, such as intellectual/learning disabilities.
