I provide both Primary Care and complementary natural health care. I offer acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage therapy and nutritional guidance. If you are seeking a safe and healthful alternative to pharmaceutical medications, or a complement to your current medical therapy, this is for you!
My special areas of interest are women's health, infertility, endometriosis, headaches, allergies, gastro-intestinal problems, joint & muscle pain and sports injuries. I also provide herbal and nutritional alternatives to pharmaceuticals for children's health.
My practice combines acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage therapy, and nutrition into a comprehensive natural health package. I take the time to listen to patients' concerns and issues, and spend 45 mins to 1 hour on each patient visit. I dispense herbs in tablet and liquid form, as well as topical powders, patches and ointments from my on-site herbal pharmacy. I am dedicated to providing safe, effective natural wellness care with compassion and individualized treatment.
I've been practicing natural therapies since 1996, starting with a certification in Acupressure massage from the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA. I then attended Massage Therapy School in Albuquerque, NM and practiced for 2 years, before also plunging into the exciting world of Oriental Medicine. I graduated from East West College of Natural Medicine in 2004 with a Master's of Oriental Medicine. I am licensed in both Florida and Rhode Island as an Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Acupuncture, and I am Nationally Certified in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology and Oriental Medicine. I am licensed in both Florida and New Mexico as a Massage Therapist.

Oriental Medicine is a comprehensive and whole-istic form of health care. It is the oldest, literate, continually practiced form of medicine in the world that addresses your whole self....body, mind and emotion as inseparable and interrelated. Using acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage therapy, nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations regarding exercise and healthy choices, Oriental Medicine is great for addressing current health concerns as well as preventing future ones. Depending on your preference and condition, it can stand alone as the primary source of care, or be combined with other medical therapies.
