CHENG GUANG SHI, the Acupuncturist and Massage Therapist of our clinic, received advanced training in both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine in China and the U.S. Shi specializes in Traumatology, especially the Pain Syndromes in neck, shoulder, upper back, lower back, and limbs caused by acute or chronic injury. Shi is a certified Oriental Massage (Tuina) Therapist, and has published a book in Acupressure/Tuina, “The Essence of Chinese Tuina”. Shi has also been working at an Acupuncture school, the University of East-West Medicine, as the Academic Dean and as a professor since 2001.
