How do you explain a love affair with a mountain.  It defies all explaination.  Unless, however, the mountain is Mt. Shasta,  and the real love affair is that's going on here on planet earth with god/goddess and the experieince of humanity and our awakening.

My name is Carolyn Nayana Hedger.  I am a personal/spiritual/life coach.  My tools are traditional as well as innovative.  For example, we would work togethere with goal setting and time management, as well as with prayer and angelic support.  I began my teaching career about 30 years ago in California, where I continue to this day. Currently I live in Mt. Shasta, one of the most powerful spiritual vortexes on the planet.  It is this spiritual fire that permeates my work.   

I have been blessed with the direct dharshan of teachers such as Baba Hari Dass, Muktnanda, Kirpal Singh, Ananda Moi Ma, Swami Satchitananda.  As a musician and a producer, I have shared the stage with Jai Uttal, Lynn Andrews, Ram Dass, Scott Huckabay, Judith Moore, Pepper Lewis and many more luminuos personalities.
