There is a saying that “in the game of life, we ourselves are the coach”. However, in real life, there may arise several occasions during which people may have to seek coaching in order to excel in a particular field or to get accustomed to something that is entirely new or alien to the person. That is when the need for external guidance or coaching is felt. We cannot always see our own barriers.
