Have you ever asked yourself, “is what I believe worth believing?” I’ll bet you’ve never gone inside your mind and watched how your languaging and believes create the outcomes you’re getting.

You can learn to transform your life and the key is to go inside and observe how you have structured your Internal Map of Reality. This watching process is integral to your success. If you just read these posts you might find yourself responding in the words of Mr. Spock on Star Trek, “fascinating,” but you will not make the shift until you go inside and watch what you’re doing in your Internal Map of Reality. This observing is going to seem awkward at first. You’ve been used to operating on auto-pilot. As you apply what you learn here you begin to see how you create your life, other choices emerge in your conscious awareness. Some of these internal processes are stored in our bodies neuro-chemically and happen faster than our conscious mind is able to process, and are in the realm of the subconscious.

Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) can be wonderfully helpful in reducing the time it takes to reprogramming your mind. It’s still going to take some work, and some determination, to become skilled. If you practice, you can and will master it. And, once you’ve mastered your mind, you’ll have so much personal power that there won’t be anything you can’t do. You’ll be in charge of your thinking, feelings, your speaking and behavior . You will begin to attract the things you want into your life, and what you’re attracted to will be in alignment with your Victory Mind Map. Instead of “life comes at you fast”, you’ll be in charge of it.

Are you prepared to make a commitment to yourself to work at this daily? To watch your internal processes carefully, and to make changes in how you see things and how you do things? Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 10:5 (MSG) “We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ.” There is a price to pay to make the kinds of changes I’m talking about. There is also a price to pay for staying the way you are now—and, you’re already paying it. You have to compare these two prices and decide what to do based on that comparison, and no one else can do that for you. There will be resistance in you, we tend toward homeostasis, maintaining status quo. For you how are serious, those who are “sick and tired of being sick and tired” (thanx Zig Zigler), I encourage you to continue to follow these posts.

Blessings
