This issue is about the power of gratitude
. In
that vein, I'd like to take a moment to say to
you, "Thanks for being reading. Thanks for
being a part of my life. Thanks for deciding
to improve your life and for using me as a
resource to help you to do that."
Each issue I write, I put myself in your place
and imagine the questions you would ask and I
do my best to answer them line by line when they
come up. I hope that I have done my job and I
hope that I can continue to serve you and your
loved ones for a long time.
So here we go.
When you focus on what you're grateful for,
you tend to create more of that and more ofthe things that you want because you're not
focused on the things you don't want.
I'll illustrate.
If you focus on the money you do have now
and the bills you can pay now and the things
you can do with the money you have now, then
you'll send out signals to the Universe that
you are abundant because that's what you'll
be thinking. The more abundant your thoughts,
the more abundant your emotions will be. The
more abundant they are, the more abundant your
energy will be. When you're that clear and that
focused on what you want, you begin to instantly
attract it.
Being grateful makes you happier, more fulfilled,
at peace
and much more attractive (you have the
positive energy to bring things to you). It makes
you feel better and it improves your health.
Being grateful makes life much more fun and much
more exciting. Also, it becomes easier as well.
The list of benefits of having an attitude
of
gratitude
go on and on.
So, what are you grateful for? Don't just
let that be a passing question. Really take
a few minutes to think about it and then
do something about it. Thank someone. Write
a letter to someone. Make a phone call. Even
if you just look in the mirror and tell
yourself, "Thank you and I love you." that one
statement, repeated with emotion over and over
again will make you feel fantastic and it will
change your life for the better in many ways.
The more time you spend being grateful, the
more great things will come to you. To help
you to put into perspective all the things
you can be grateful for, read the following
paragraphs.
They have been circulating around the internet
for years and they are just as true today as
they were years ago.
"If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes
on your back, a roof overhead and a place to
sleep, you are richer than 75% of this world.
"If you have money in the bank,in your wallet,
and spare change in a dish, you are among
the top 8% of the world's wealthy."
"If you get this on your own computer, you
are part of the 1% in the world who has
that opportunity."
"If you woke up this morning with more health
than illness ... you are more blessed than
the many who will not even survive this day."
"If you have never experienced the fear in
battle, the loneliness
of imprisonment, the
agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation
... you are ahead of 700 million people in
the world."
"If you can attend religious services without
the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or
death
, you are envied by, and more blessed than,
three billion people in the world."
"If your parents are still alive and stillmarried ...you are very rare."
"If you can hold your head up and smile, you
are not the norm; you're unique to all those
in doubt and despair."
The truth is, that's just the beginning.
How about the clean water you have to drink?
How about indoor plumbing? How about toilet
paper for that matter? How about a shower
whenever you want it? How about an abundance
of food? How about your car, your house,
your pets
? How about painkilling drugs,
antibiotics, life-saving new medical procedures?
Be grateful for all that you have and all thatyou are and be grateful for each and every moment.
So, that's it for this issue my friend. May
you be blessed beyond belief and may all of
your dreams
and your success come true. And
may everything you wish for be the least that
you get.
Until next issue...
To your success,
