What is more important to do than goal set and manage time. Like I have said before, time is the one resource the wealthiest of individuals and you share and well if you don't have goals, you just walk around in circles spinning like a dreidel.

I am going to talk to you about one of the most important principles of success that rarely gets talked about. It is important to believe in yourself and everyone wants to be rich and successful. The gurus paint a big picture of wealth in the sky and like a wizard amaze you with possibilities. You love it too. What no one talks about is how much time and energy it is going to take to make that possibility into a reality. I asked you earlier what you would do if you knew that in as little as a few months to a couple of years you could be as successful as you could imagine and what did you say?

If you knew that you could have millions of dollars in a couple of months of hard work, what would you do? Well, when I answered that question, I said I would do just about anything. The only thing I was unwilling to do is compromise my integrity. I wouldn’t rip people off. But, what if I told you that you don’t have to give up everything and work day in and day out? You can still take some time off and enjoy your life too. After all it is about the journey, right?

This is what I want you to do, I want you to pay attention to your time more than anything else. You see the one thing that you and the richest and most successful people in the world have in common is the same amount of time in a day. They are probably more efficient and make better use of their time. There are three main components that you have to deal with.

Delegation
Time Blocking
List Prioritization

The most successful people in the world are the best delegators. There simply is not enough time in the day to do everything, so you need to focus on the most productive things. In business that is making money things and being in contact with customers. It took me a long time to figure this out and once I did I really started to make a lot of money. It’s actually really simple, if something comes into your to do list and you have the ability to delegate it, then delegate it. You are going to have to realize that people are not going to do it with the care that you have but as long as it is getting done to a good enough level, you keep moving forward. Think about how much time you would waste if you had to oversee every aspect of everything every day. If you had to watch the orange picker in Florida pick your oranges for your juice in the morning, then you had to oversee your wheat being cut down and processed and then your eggs being hatched. What if you told a chicken that she was doing a bad job and needed to do it this way because it would be better? I think you would be considered crazy and you would also be hungry. That is a lot of work to do to get your breakfast. So delegate often and as much as possible. You stick to the highest level money making stuff you can.
