It is commonly called as Traditional Chinese Medicine(TMC), alternative treatment and therapy that originated 5000 years ago. It is believed that everything in the world is controlled by two equal, opposite force Yin-Yang, Oriental medicine aims to maintain harmony between these two forces hence, restoring health and overall balance. The harmony between these two forces can be achieved by manipulation qi, which is a circulating life force. Acupuncture , cupping, Tuina and moxa are the common methods used in oriental medicine to promote health and reduce stress.

Tui Na: It is one of the Chinese therapy used to promote health and relaxation . It followsthe eight principles of Chinese medicine to attain overall balance in the body. Tuina is generally used along with acupuncture or cupping to enhance its benefits. This rhythmic compression method has been used all over the world to remove the blockage, superficial injuries and treat acute musculoskeletal problems.

Moxa: It is a branch of oriental medicine used to solve problems related to the circulation of blood around the pelvic region such as heavy menstrual bleeding, irregular menstrual bleeding, Uterine blockage, etc.. They use Moxa, the dried leaves of an Asian plant as a flammable substance that is burnt near or on a person's skin, this method is called moxibustion.

Cupping: It is a form of Chinese medicine that uses sucking force to enhance the circulation of blood and other fluids in the body. Few glass cups a placed at specific points on the body and a suction force is created that pulls the skin upwards along with a few small blood vessels and capillaries, this removes any blockage in the body. Cupping is beneficial to reduce joint pain, treat respiratory disorders and for overall emotional well-being.
