Regardless of the changes we would like to make, it is important that we begin by clearly deciding what it is that we would like to change. The decision part of any area of our life that we are hoping to change is a very important aspect. Clearly we can easily agree that choosing healthier foods, foods with more fiber or less fat, offers us healthier options. We can also agree that more exercise may be necessary or perhaps that we need to provide more variety in our diet and exercise routines. Unless we are willing to follow through with these thoughts or goals, they will remain somewhat elusive and our goals will continue to be unavailable. Same is true in regards to issues with our health, relationships or finances. Any change, in any area of our life, requires that we begin to do things differently. In reality, the only things that you are actually changing is letting go of limitations, excuses, and unwanted stress or frustration.

In order for us to get a good result, it is important that we are willing to change what we are holding in mind. If we keep holding onto thoughts such as, “Things will never work out,” or some other limiting point of view, that will be what we continue to experience. If we don’t believe things will change, how can things change? The first consideration in moving forward always includes making better decisions about what you would like to have or experience. The more clearly that we are able to define our goals, the better chance we have for things to come into existence. When working on goals, it is important that we identify exactly what we would like to have or accomplish. It is also helpful for us to include reasonable timeframes, budgets, positive and optimistic attitudes, and considerations that include easily getting help and support.

This framework or infrastructure is always the same with any goals process. We move towards one task, work through the challenges, and then move onto the next task until our goal appears. The goals process is always about momentum. It is also about holding in mind positively achieving what we would like to have and experience. Making decisions and moving towards courageousness, is stating, “I intend to positively achieve my goal in the shortest time possible.” In this step we are choosing to move into higher energy so that we can make appropriate changes within our thinking. It is also with consideration of the areas of our life that are unstable or unsatisfying.

The next most important step is to begin taking action. Clearly identifying and accepting what exists – as it is. By this point, I am suggesting being Ok with your current weight, health, relationship or financial situation. Meaning that once we accept how things are, without wanting to change what currently exists, we can then choose to make positive changes in order to improve the quality of our life. Acceptance is truly a necessary step because it first requires our accepting what is currently available (seeing things the way they are). Also in this step we experience motivation , optimism, taking appropriate action, and expressing a willingness to succeed. This step also allows us to envision the end result in a positive manner.

When we can see things as complete such as seeing our self-thinner and more attractive, healthier or more abundant, is choosing to easily work towards having that reality. So clearly the next step includes being at peace . Envisioning our goal as positively achieved allows us to temporarily experience feeling lighter and thinner, healthier and more abundant now. We also feel happier which feels good. Our positive thoughts are actually helping us move closer to the outcome and objectives that we are working towards. Let’s imagine wearing clothing that is smaller in size, stylish, and more comfortable. Imagine breathing easier and walking further. Same is true if we were to imagine feeling healthier or wealthier. There is no consideration of negativity. And what’s nice is all of these options are easily available by changing what we are holding in mind.

Being at peace is easy. No effort is required. There is also no competition, no settling and no compromising. We are comfortable, safe and capable of easily receiving all of the goodness that is available to us. These options also feel good as we are more precisely deciding what feels right for each of us.

Achieving your health and weight loss goals requires loving yourself more. Believe you are worthy of achieving your goals. Believe your goals can be accomplished easily and effortlessly. Let go of struggling, indecisiveness, or making excuses. Change your thinking from ‘I can’t’ to “I can!” Decide to make all of your dreams come true! Decide today that you are abundant in all areas of your life. Say “YES” to success!
