I sit and breathe deeply re-centering myself with Source energy. I consciously relax into this breath knowing that as I breathe in I picture each breath re-filling every cell of my being with a renewed consciousness. As I breathe out I consciously release any doubt, any fear, any upset that keeps me from that absolute knowing that I am an individualized manifestation of Source.
I know that with each deep, conscious breath I re-align with the absolute Truth, that knowingness that spans all time, the pureness of thought, deed and action that permeates in, through and as me.
I know that each of us is a manifestation of God, right here and right now and I also know each of us with free will either chooses to live from that place of knowingness or to live from a place of separation and fear. I recognize my ability, your ability to take a time out and reconnect not once, not twice but throughout our day consciously and creatively knowing that God and I (we) are one. “It is done to us as we believe.”
Today I step into the cycle allowing myself to be the way of God; being absolutely in the flow. I know as I we co-create I can release and let go of anything that keeps us out of alignment with every breath I take. I choose to not blow my flow; to not be in the way of God. I am grateful for this knowing for this Oneness for this absolute clarity. I release this Truth into the Law knowing that It is already manifest in the One Mind. I easily let it go and in the allowing and surrender let God.
And so it is.

In 2002 I chose to change my thinking and change my life when the old adage of “I was sick and tired of being sick and tired” became my wake-up call. I chose to release the need for alcohol and drugs to make me feel confident, the need for abusive relationships to keep me in the role of a victim, and the need to ignore my personal boundaries for fear of losing friends and family. Although I was always creating my reality, today I consciously create the life I love to live and I am living the life I love.
Through these transformations, I have come to deeply understand that our freedom lives in consciously creating our reality and expressing our spirit through responsible choices that serve ourselves and our planet.
I am a licensed Practitioner with United Centers for Spiritual Living. I am certified Facilitator and Spiritual Coach. I am currently attending the Holmes Institute and will graduate 2010 with an accredited Masters in Consciousness Studies degree.
