The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that other people’s suffering is in truth our own.
We don’t want to take on the suffering of others, however, other people’s suffering is our own because we are all one Spiritual family . In truth God/ Brahma/ Allah/ Dharmakaya/ The I AM THAT I AM has only one Son/Daughter, and we all share in this one Sonship and/or Daughtership of God – and in that sense the suffering that other people and also animals go through is our own … because forms may be many, but essence is one. And in essence we are all united and one!
This does not mean that we take on the suffering and debilitate ourselves. It means to have compassion for our companions. Compassion is one of the most important Christed qualities one can develop.
The Integrated Ascended Master has compassion for the suffering of his fellow brothers and sisters, however, he realizes that he is not “helping the poor by becoming one of them.” So instead of taking on the suffering he thinks of ways how he can alleviate the suffering others are going through.
Dr Joshua David Stone was one of the most influential Spiritual teachers, leaders and forerunners of our time. He had a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and was a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Counselor in California, USA.
