If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. That saying is true. You need to plan your goals because they will lead you in the right direction. You should have both long term goals and short term goals. It is just like how every game of soccer has 2 sets of goal posts so that the players know where to score, and if they are in the professional league, they will want to win as many games as they can so that they can become the champions of the league at the end of the season. Ask yourself questions like “where do I see myself one year from now” and “what do I need to do on a daily basis to get to where I want to be one year from now”.

Ever heard of lifelong learning ? Don’t stop learning new things. If you want to be successful in MLM, not only do you need to keep yourself updated about the latest happenings in the industry, but you also need to keep improving your own skills. If you are merely starting your journey as a network marketer, you may think that you do not have the relevant skills to succeed. Don’t worry about that. We all have to start from somewhere. Even the gurus of today were newbies before. They did not learn how to become successful overnight. They had to go through a learning journey, and right now, they should still continue learning to improve their skills as well. Your learning journey should never stop.

Every secure leader is not afraid of raising people to be better than them. As a matter of a fact, that is a mark of a real leader. Leaders will raise people who will not only excel in their field, but also do better than their mentors. You should eventually get your own downlines, so I hope you motivate them and help them to become successful as well. Help them whenever they need it. Do not forsake them or leave them to fend for themselves.
