Confidence isn’t something that happens naturally it is built with the life we lead, the decisions we make and most of all by overcoming our challenging moments.

We will have Stronger, Healthier or Long-term relationships by becoming interested in other people. This is the core of developing our own self confidence .

Let’s just begin with looking at the way we see ourselves and changing the labels that we have allowed our brain to engage in.

# Releasing negative labels such as shy, awkward, not good enough.

#By changing our thought patterns to I enjoy being around people, yes we are all different that is what makes us interesting to each other.

# Changing your body language to being relaxed, holding our heads high and last but not least smiling.

#A smile will always break the ice, changing the atmosphere from something of a serious note to a relaxed, happy note.

#Our Voice: When we communicate, it is important to have a strong, clear but gentle voice.

#Listen and engage in what the other person is saying before you speak or make a comment.

#Now your head: yes our heads will get us into trouble with building confidence and positive relationships. So when you are engaging in conversation with people whether it be socially, personally or professionally it is important to get out of your head and come from your heart.

#Empathy: Most of the time the people whom we are engaging with are not thinking negative thoughts about us, they may well be nervous and just wanting to understand us, to engage in our thought processes. So to come from a place to help them to feel comfortable, non-threatened. Imaging how you want them to feel.

# Allow your Personality to Shine: Approaching the situation whether it be social, personal or professional by helping people to feel more comfortable this allows them to be themselves, allowing their personality to shine through.

#Think of questions that you can ask that you may well think they would love to talk about. An example is most people love talking about their children or their families .

# Dreams and Goals: We all love talking about our dreams and goals. No matter how insignificant or out of reach they may seem they are vitally important. Our dreams and goals are the very foundations of us building our lives?

#Heartfelt: Our Best is always what is felt in our Heart: So this is a great start into any situation as each us will always give our best when we feel comfortable, that our thoughts and lives matter.

Understanding that each and every one of us has a vitally important role in this huge jigsaw puzzle of Life.
