Life has not been the same, as it used to be. It is very speedy. The fast world has increased the productivity and efficiency. The stress has increased too. With the rapid industrialization, development and increased stress, many diseases are springing up.

In order to finish deadlines and complete tasks in given time, they have to rush and push themselves, beyond energy level. Adrenal glands in the body are responsible for handling the stress. When these glands are overused, their functionality depletes, which in turn, results in 'Adrenal Fatigue'.

One has to pay attention to the changes his body is going through. If one feels exhausted in the morning, in spite having good night's sleep, lack of ability to concentrate, craves for salty foods and energy drinks to get going, feels low and feels stressed, there are chances that he has 'Adrenal fatigue'. The adrenal glands are found above the kidney. They produce adrenaline, so that we can cope up with the stress. When these glands over stimulate, they can not function effectively. Which is the reason why, people who are suffering this fatigue, have hard time to do things in a usual manner. Because of this continuous stress, it is not possible for the glands to have a time to recover, as they have to produce hormones continuously to deal with it. A person with adrenal fatigue seems normal on the surface, but deep down, he feels tired. When glands have reduced their capacity, it becomes hard for a person to get out of bed at all.

To overcome this problem, one can find many medicines available in the market.
