In just 30 minutes a day, you can be on your way, to success and happiness . Am I kidding? No, I am not. Take my words seriously. I am going to tell you a simple but highly effective success formula. Follow me.

Before going to bed, do not watch TV, movies or listen to music. Most people do this mistake and, therefore, remain unsuccessful and unhappy. You may not agree with me but this is a fact. After a hectic day’s work our mind and body need rest in complete silence. Before going to bed you need to switch off all kind of external noise and calm down internally.

Before going to sleep you also need to fill your heart with the divine love and your mind with the positive thoughts. In order to accomplish this you need to do the following two things:

1. Sit down quietly and breathe deeply. Feel the presence of God around you and bow your head in obedience. Pray to God for fifteen minutes in solitude. Tell Him everything that is bothering you and seek His guidance. Ask for His forgiveness for all your sins and pray for a better tomorrow.

2. After finishing your end of the day prayers, read for fifteen minutes some inspirational material, may be a book or an article. You can select the material during the day so as to read at night before sleep.

That’s it. A simple formula of success which you must repeat every night before going to bed. In a couple of days you will feel a remarkable improvement in your life. Make it a habit and start living a fully satisfied happy life.

As a matter of fact, we feed our body all the day but forget to feed our mind with positive thoughts and the heart with divine love. We do not pursue the real source of happiness but just keep on accumulating wealth for material well being . Our soul is starving but we are quite ignorant about it.

Think on the ways of feeding your heart, mind and soul. Work on the above mentioned two-point formula and see the positive result yourself in a short span of time.

Can’t you spare thirty minutes a day for your own happiness ? Am I asking too much?
