Studies have shown that not only brain performance but memory improved after completing the four step program daily for three months.

Incorporating these four easy steps with aerobic physical activity you will notice a mark able difference in your memory and brain function. By altering your daily routines such as driving to work a different way, crossword puzzles , using your mouse pad on the other side or learning a new skill or language.

Improve Your Memory with these Four Easy Steps
1. Alternate use of your Dominant & Non Dominant Hands: Something as simple as switching the dominant sides in which you work, will in turn stimulate neural connections between the right and left hemispheres of your brain. Scientific research has confirmed that people who use both hands equally have an increase of 10% more nerve fibres joining both sides of their brain. Ideally you would want to perform as many activities as possible with your non-dominant hand. Commence by incorporating activities slowly and that are not particularly stressful. So for example I started with brushing my teeth using my left hand, every alternate day. You could also brush your hair with the opposite hand, I do this quite successfully. By changing the hand that you are using the mouse is something that you do on a regular base if working in an office or have a computer at home. When you first start doing this it will feel weird for a couple of days, then you may well switch back when using programs that require more intense work. However after this adaptation phase you'll be navigating the computer just as efficiently with both hands.
2.Encourage yourself to remember things: Sometimes you want to remember the name of a song, an actress, a movie or the name of a person who just said “Hello” to you. It is right there, on the tip of your tongue, but you can't remember it. Normally we would attempt to ask a friend if we are with someone at the time or we would just put it aside, not to worry about. However if you encourage yourself to remember using prompts like going through past experiences and so on most of the time you will remember. Do not limit yourself to just remembering names try remembering numbers, equations, events, outings and so forth. The brain is stimulated back into the use just like the other muscles in your body.
3. Play games that involve some thinking: You don't need to be a mathematical genius in order to stretch your brain capabilities. Oh no, fun games and activities such as Sudoku or crosswords, monopoly and card games will have a positive impact upon your brain performance. It is important to incorporate these games regularly into our daily activities and routine. If you travel to work on a train or bus take your crosswords book with you on the daily travel.
4. Physical Activity: Walking , Riding a bike, ball games are all wonderful for improving brain function not only because of coordination but improvement of circulation and removal of toxins that if allowed to accumulate will cause deterioration
