Exams , even their name makes a feel of fear in mind. Exam stress is really not bearable at many levels. This article is all about the ways through which we can feel better in our exams and seriously we can eliminate the stress either it is pre-exam or the post one.
The purpose of exams is not to do that all. Exams are just a way to check that how a student is growing and how much a person is suitable for a particular position.
In exams a stress at small levels is normal but when it get hikes , it adversely affect the mental and physical performance of a student. Stress get increased when you belongs to top colleges or schools as well as strong family background in terms of studies.
Ways to eliminate it.
Say it out-
At our home or in friend circle we have some special ones. We should tell them what we are thinking and what problems making us unstable. Remember sharing gets caring and it is the best medicine to eliminate the stress.
Teach some one-
There are many friends you have who want to get help from you in exams. Do not avoid them, invite and teach them. There are two benefits of doing this. That friend will become happy with you and your confidence level will increase, so that you can put 100% in paper.
Make a perspective-
Before exam we should have a time table of study, in which all the subject and your time that will be given to them is mentioned.
Time management-
You should be a better manager of time. In exams it is not necessary that for all the time you just have to do study and there is no entertainment. You should have watch television for 30 – 40 minutes and should play for the same time. So that your mind will not get tiered.
Study with gaps-
A regular 5-6 hours study program can make you a worse performer. You should have some gaps between each 2 hour session, so that your mind will not moves around.
you need a Partner-
For making study effective there should be someone who shares his studies with you and you can do that too. It helps a lot. You get the actual position of your studies.
Video lectures-
In exams many a times our mind stop working. This thing makes us uncomfortable and distressed. In this situation we should watch video lectures and should get the knowledge from web.
Make a list of problems-
You should have a list of the problems . so that your mind stops thinking about them and can concentrate on studies. Usually when more than 2-3 things does not comes to us , our mind starts thinking about them and study get interrupted. If we make the list of the problems to be asked to sir than these problems will no longer our mind’s cup of tea.
Parents corner-
Parents should not put any pressure of their expectations on child. If they do so it bothers the student a lot. Parents also should not sought on students so that they can keep study regular.
