The Trauma a being short is finally over! No you don't have to go through life disappointed with your height, and don't let anyone lie to you and say it's impossible to grow taller after a certain age. It's an honest lie because they don’t know and you shouldn’t believe it.

Think about it, if I'm not satisfied with my weight because I'm a little on the bigger side, (fat) all I have to do is exercise and eat right and I lose weight, its that simple. So if I'm not satisfied with my height all I have to do it find the right information and apply it and I grow taller, that's it!

Some people say, "I have tried to grow taller and it didn't work." Well I know people who have been trying to lose weight for years and they are still big, so does that mean it's impossible to slim down if you'r over weight? Of course not, there are many people who have lost weight and are now happy with their size.

There are many people who have gained more inches to their height when they were well past puberty, because they were determined and persistent. It's no magic potion that will increase your height, all you have to do is follow simple tips consistently on a regular basis, and you will grow taller it's that simple.

I will share simple tips that have been proven to work. These tips are simple and easy and there is no magic potion or trick to growing taller. All you have to do is follow four basic points. Good posture, eat food that promotes growth, get proper rest, and do certain stretching exercises.

These are the four basics that you must do if you want to increase your height. You must follow these pointers fully NO EXCEPTIONS!

Good posture - When someone has bad posture it puts enormous pressure on the spine and over time they actually lose height. Look at someone with a hunched back and you will understand what I'm talking about. This is why it will be impossible to grow if you have poor posture.

Walk with your chin up, back straight, and chest out. This is how your posture will improve, which is the first steps in growing taller.

Eating right - You must focus on eating foods that are rich in calcium, protein, vitamins, minerals, fats, and carbohydrates. These are the key things that promotes growth. It's not hard to eat foods that promotes growth. All you have to eat is foods like chicken, green vegetables, dairy products, tuna, red meats, and sardines.

By eating foods like this in a balanced and proper way you will have taken care of the diet part of your height program.

Exercises - Stretching exercises has been proven to promote growth. Yoga is a great place to start because the stretching exercises they do helps you to have good posture, it tones your back, and helps decompress your bones, joints, and muscles, thus boosting your chances of growing a few more inches.

Good rest – This is common sense because the body rejuvenates and repairs itself when it is at rest. Studies show that the pituitary gland shoots out human growth hormone into the brain when we are at our best sleep. Anytime before 12am is the best sleep, so try to go to bed at 10pm and no later than 11:30. This is the sleep that will assist the body in growing.

These are the fundamentals of growing taller and without these you will not be able to benefit from your height program, so follow them faithfully and you wont be disappointed!
