With all of the food allergies and people who can't digest some of the traditional foods for parties, you can make gluten-free recipes so that everyone has something to enjoy. You can have items on the menu that are very similar to what everyone else is eating so that those who have to watch their gluten intake are comfortable. It's sometimes best to talk to the people who will eat those foods to see what they might like before making a lot of food because there might be things that they can eat that you didn't know about.

Buffalo Chicken
Instead of baking chicken or making chicken wings, consider preparing chicken and shredding it before adding buffalo sauce. A delicious way to make this dish is by making the chicken in a crock pot. This will make it easier to add the sauces and spices that are used in the recipe. Put the chicken on a bed of lettuce with a bit of sour cream on top. You could also place a few bowls with vegetables on the table for guests to make a chicken salad. Another option would be chicken fingers with a breading that is free of gluten. Serve the chicken fingers with a variety of dipping sauces.

Washing Everything Down
When you have a party, you will likely need something to drink to go along with all of the food that you'll have. There are a few types of tea that are free of gluten, and Arizona is one of them. You can get flavor additions, like Monin , to add to water that will give you a glass of tea instead of preparing an entire pitcher of tea. Lipton is another option that doesn't have any gluten. If you look on the side of the concentrate bottles, you can see if they have gluten as many of them don't since they are mixed with water.

Baked Potatoes
It might not seem like it, but potatoes are free of gluten. You can bake a few and add toppings to them before popping them back in the oven. Make sure the toppings that are used, such as chives, cheese or sour cream, are gluten-free. An idea is to top the potatoes with broccoli and a bit of olive oil.

Your next party can be fun even for those who need to eat gluten-free foods. Many of the foods that you can prepare are full of flavor. Dividing ingredients into different bowls might be a benefit for guests so that they can add what they want.
