But keep one thing in mind, feeding your self esteem will give you nothing more than a false sense of control and VERY temporary satisfaction.

If you really want to move on with your life, you will need to be able to see past your self-esteem and concentrate on being happy for who you are and what you have. People’s judgments will always be there whenever you are happy or miserable; they don’t help or make you feel better in any way so why give them your attention?
Achieving this state of mind can where you do not need the approval of other people in order to be happy will be difficult to achieve so do not feel down if you do not achieve it on your first few tries. If you do fail, just pick up where you left off and try again, because as long as you keep pressing on, guaranteed your life will get better.
