Hatred can be seen through actions. Hatred is a very strong emotion that can ruin things. But sometimes we do prematurely judge someone to be full of hatred. A common synonym of hatred can usually be seen as anger and rage, but that does not mean hatred. But if think that a characteristic of hatred can be anger then you are definitely mistaken and prejudice. People who are angry are often angry at things or for reasons. If one has a reason to be angry then most likely their anger stems not out of hatred, but out of love. Love can transform the most positive emotion into anger and rage. Love can be the reason why someone always feels bad and it can be the reason why they always seem to want to be hurtful.

It is a weakness that many people misunderstand. It might seem otherwise and the person who is often hurtful may seem like one who is full of hatred, but hatred, as strong as it is, can be the aftermath of love. True hatred is all about erasing. If you hate someone, you will want them to be out of your life. You will not want to think about them. You will get mad, but your anger will not show. Your anger will immediately transform itself into calmness when you are able to hurt them because as long as you are calm, you will be able to get it done. However, when you are angry it is a completely different story. You would not get angry at someone you don't expect anything from. But anger stems from the fact that you were expecting something and it did not happen or that when it happened, it came out so bad that you felt hurt. Being hurt will lead you to get angry and want to get back at the person who has hurt you as long as you like them. If you don't like them then they will not even exist in your mind and they will not be able to hurt you.

Now, to reach more understanding of how anger works you should first open your mind to things that you could not see before. When someone wants to hurt you, you should know that there is a reason behind it. Perhaps you have done something that you do not even see yet they think greatly of it. The only reason for someone to seek to hurt another is because they want to forgive and they believe that revenge is a tool for forgiveness in their subconscious minds. Ones who seek revenge often forgive when the damage is done, even when it is too late.
It's simple to understand if you truly want to see it. When you plan to get back at someone, it is usually because they hurt your feelings and you are not prone to getting hurt by people that you do not appreciate or want to listen to. You are only prone to being hurt by the ones who have direct influence in your life. When a child is upset with their parents, it's because they care. It is safe to say that anger is not influenced by hatred but rather love. The people who are angry at everything are angry because they used to care more than most.
