Having a sense of creative empowerment is about the power to create! It begins by centering yourself so you may achieve clarity and know that you have the courage you need to live in the now! When you have the courage to create, you never truly know what amazing "thing" may come of it! Without the courage to express yourself, you can never live up to your full potential. The energy of empowerment is a courageous way to be present to all of life’s circumstances

In order to do what’s best for you, it’s important to listen to your own voice and feel connected to your wise spirit. Don’t be deterred, discouraged or dissuaded by external factors! In fact allow them to serve as the backdrop to your center. Decide to dismantle your fears and trust that you can follow your heart. That's where this courage lives.

Ask yourself what the word courage means for you? Be discerning. As we each may have a slightly different, personal interpretation that derives from our unique life experience; nevertheless, in its most complete essence, courage requires a conscious intention with clarity to overcome or remove any obstacle/ setback or fear.

The very definition implies that we are facing or dealing with a challenge of some kind. Given this if-then rationale, in order for us to choose courage means that we must simultaneously have fear. To know courage, we must know fear. Of course, the implication here is not intended to be negative; it’s just a matter of fact. These are the corresponding reciprocals of one another, a simple polarity of kind.

To embrace ambiguity and change means that courage may look quite different in varying situations. There's no one size fits all... Sometimes it seems obvious yet at other times it is not so to the observing eye. For example, you may notice a man or woman sitting at a train stop seemingly waiting for the train. However, if they are waiting to meet a far removed relative, you can imagine that might require an enduring posture of courage. In this instance the courage is much more of an internal nature rather than externally visible.

Courageous Creative Empowerment begins when we are willing to take full ownership, and know that we possess an inner strength that nurtures the essence of courage. With this said, we can more easily bring it forth, as needed, in unexpected challenging moments. One never knows when one may need to embody and demonstrate it! In most instances, it’s usually when there’s no other choice in which but to do so. In this case, a movement forward means a movement through fear! This may occur by taking small baby steps or it may, otherwise, be by bolting through with one bold one. Fortunately fear can be diminished and dissolved as long as we feel passionate enough to want to conquer it. This desire and choice is for you to own. When you are determined and focused on what is necessary than you can overcome your fear. Center yourself and raise your own energy system so that spirit may make its presence known. A sacred moment of meditation can help refresh your senses and foster peace and creativity .

Identifying the threshold when fear turns into courage can transform a situation on the spot, here now, and for the future. What you choose at your choice points affects the future to be. Plug into your energy of courage! Become mindful of yourself. Illuminate this concept by recalling an instance when courage was necessary for you to get through the day, a time period or perhaps a season in your life. Consider what was going on then. Were you in a denial of reality? How did you know that you could work through that hardship? What signs appeared that required your attention? When did you know that a decision to act with fortitude was necessary? How did you manage and self-regulate disheartening emotions? What type of dialogue did you engage in? Was it empowering or disempowering? How did you access your courage to foster your actions? What was the result of this?

Differentiate your motivations to understand what drives your behavior . You may be wondering why it’s so important to get past your fear, regardless of what it may be? Besides the obvious, which is to live in a harmonious, peaceful way, you’ll also give yourself the opportunity to truly blossom into your full essence. Your deep essence is within the blueprint of your courageous self. So start by centering yourself, find your inner resource of creative energy. The solar plexus and heart center is where your body resonates with truth. When you breathe from this space and feel grounded and clear about who you are, then you will also become clear about what you need to do in any given moment. It’s as simple as that. Once these magnificent seeds are nurtured, the roots of courage will stay with you, planted firmly in your existence as you branch out into the world around you.

The human condition presents situations where we all experience fear and it is up to us to practice courage as if it were a skill. It is a cardinal virtue of who we are at our very core. To risk an act of Courage does not necessarily imply victory, although the effort and intent itself is courageously reinforcing. You can feel good about your willingness to be brave.

The spirit of courage is akin to managing your energy and recognizing that life holds many possibilities. As you practice integrating this into your daily life, you will surely feel a sense of creative empowerment .
