Clear the Energy of Your Home Office

Working from home (WFH) is ripe with perks; however, for many it has created numerous challenges never experienced before. And, with no end in site of returning to an office building, WFH appears to be our new normal. One of the unique challenges that you may be experiencing is a heavy overwhelming feeling in your office or throughout your home. Just like people and businesses, all walls, spaces, homes, and land retains living energy. Everything — matter or non-matter – holds memories and thought forms. We can’t see them but our bodies and especially our homes “hold” them.

Thoughts, words and emotions create bubbles of energy. This energy becomes embedded into our physical bodies and all physical spaces. Often staying stuck until they are cleared through prayer and focused intention.

For example, you are on ‘Zoom” business calls most of the day. Those hundreds of people that you connect to (even through the computer) are all expelling energy into your energy field and your home. In the past, when you went to an office, it was easier to keep work stress at the office. No longer is that the case. Other people’s energy, including; heated conversations, anger, frustration, and stress are all piling up in your HOME. You may experience it as you sit down at your desk with an overwhelming, heavy feeling. Even confusion or just plain feeling stuck can leave you feeling unsure of what to do next.

This case study below is from a client —- an integrative wellness coach in California. Both she and her husband, a psychologist, work from home full-time.
