Happiness is no doubt a feeling, very much desired, true, delicate and crystal clear. Everybody knows when he/she is happy with him/her, with others, with the work, with the environment and even with his/her creator. We all become happy in various degrees- average, low, high, the least and the most. We all experience happiness often and crave for it throughout our life span.

Happiness not only benefit us, our body, our brain, our immune system rather benefit others who interact with us, talk to us, watch us, passes by us, and to the environment as a whole.

Happiness is stronger than any perfume in the world when we talk about its’ influence upon others. When one is happy in his/her heart, the happiness is felt in all around him/her. When he/she travels, his heart spreads it and the people he/she meets with, becomes happy too. The environment gets the feeling and people in general feel the soothing effect in turn.

Research has already proved that happy staff makes the customer’s happy, happy parents make their children happy, happy teachers make their students happy, happy shop keepers make their customers happy etc. This is true for all of us- not limited to some categories that have been specifically researched.

The same is true with aggressive and depressive mood. When we are in a bad mood, we reflect it to others consciously or unconsciously. People react in the same mood or try to ignore it to save them. We poison the environment by our mood and the contagious effect remains there till the time we are there. In other words, depressive mood or people caught by any severe psychological disorder often make the environment pitiable and critical by their thoughts, hopelessness and depression . They even persuade others in a way that sometimes people around them start thinking on the same lines and get the virus through their presence.

Have you noticed as parents, your mood is nowhere but in the hearts of your children! As a mother of a newborn, you might have noticed that your mood is devastatingly affecting your little one. You may control your negative emotions but your child feels the same irritation in her. When you feel elevated, your emotions become part of your child as well and she feels cherished too.

Indeed we have strong instincts to feel others emotions in no time. We just cannot explain what is going wrong with us or in the environment as there is no evidence to prove it. Otherwise our senses predict all and we react at some level by default. Researched have also proved the power of human brain and its effect on others and on the environment as a whole.

In this regard, our happiness, especially, travel so much fast that we contribute in making others happy unconsciously. We simply generate happy feelings and the people in our way, become happy too. We spread the message of happiness in the most beautiful way that even we are not aware of. Our body, gestures, smile, tone, and eyes all make others happy till the time we are happy. Thus the best charity begins to flourish and multiply. The best human act takes shape and the environment becomes heaven in turn.

Thanks
