Lamb Kabobs:

For preparing the lamb kabobs, you will require 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For making the marinades, you will require 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano as well as 1 tsp salt.

Take all the marinade ingredients except the salt in a large bowl. Add the lamb cubes, coating them well with the marinade. Mix everything properly and leave for 2 hours. Stir in the salt. Thread the lamb cubes with the marinades onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the grill over medium-hot heat. Cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. You can baste the lamb cubes with the remaining marinade and cook for another 10 minutes. Make sure the kabobs are cooked on both the sides. Serve the kabobs hot.

Cheesy Meatballs:

For preparing the cheesy meatballs, you will require 500g minced meat, 1 chopped onion, 50 g bread crumbs, 150 g parmesan cheese, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, 4 basil leaves, 3/4 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt and olive oil for cooking .

Combine the meat, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, ketchup, parsley, basil, salt, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Make small balls with the prepared mixture. Take 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and heat it. Put the meatballs in the oil and fry them till they are golden brown. Drain the fried meatballs on the paper towel. Enjoy your tasty meatballs.
