Safe Alternatives to Liposuction

Firstly, let's see if liposuction is Safe? Then secondly and more importantly does it work?

To my mind with any surgery there will always be risks involved and I would always choose a less invasive and no risk option. So in answer to this question then and most Doctors would agree no it is not safe. Safe does not enter the vocabulary of surgery there will always be unforseen risks involved.
Does it work? Well I guess that depends on what your expectations are – is it going to make you taught, slim and terrific with the body of a model then the answer would be NO!
What liposuction will do - Liposuction is a surgical process which involves making a hole to reach under the skin where the fat forms an irregular layer. Through the hole a hollow tube is inserted and passed around under the skin. The tube is attached to suction (like a vacuum cleaner) so as to suck up the fat under the skin which is collected in a container and discarded. The hole is then closed with stitches and a firm bandage is applied over the area to prevent bleeding into the space where the fat was removed from.
There will be extensive bruising after the procedure, but this should disappear after some time. It will also be painful for some time.
Obviously fat cells are microscopic and not all the fat will be removed. This means that one liposuction is by no means a miracle cure to fatness. Indeed the fat can return and may be lumpy or patchy which can be unsightly and requires the surgery to be done all over again.
The procedure is invasive and carries the risks of surgery including puncturing into the abdominal cavity, bleeding, and infection. No surgical process is 100% safe. The risks depend on the surgeon’s experience, the quality of his work, the cleanliness of the procedure/place and postoperative environment as well as the health and hygiene of the patient.
I personally would not advise liposuction for all but the most spectacular cases of obesity . However this procedure is not my speciality and you may want a specialist opinion.
Safer and Effective Natural Alternatives to Liposuction
Lipomassage is the most intriguing form of non-surgical liposuction. This form of fat removal is completely non- invasive. The procedure involves general massage of the problematic areas and it is a very pleasant and relaxing experience. As a qualified Massage therapist for 30 years I like to incorporate this with Nutritional support, Herbal & Homoeopathic medicine for totally successful results and long term health success.
