What Does Success Mean to You? O.G.

Success is subjective. One man’s failure may be another’s success. If you accumulate wealth at the expense of your health, are you successful? If you are materially poor but intellectually and physically rich, are you successful?

What does success mean for you? Until you ask yourself this question and establish an answer, you will never find contentment. If you are oblivious to your destination, how will you know when you have arrived? Or, are you just going to wander around in never-land for the rest of your life and see how things pan out?

What do you want? What do you really want? When do you want it? Quantify your own goal and write it down. See it on paper and dream a little. Imagine that you have already succeeded. Feel the exhilaration of achievement and harness that emotion because feelings are more powerful than thoughts.

If you want that red cabriolet feel yourself in the driver’s seat with the hood down and the wind in your hair. If you want to be fit, feel the agility and physical prowess of your body. When you are feeling weak, tap into those feelings and your emotions will drive you towards success.
