I spend a great deal of time speaking and writing about the value of a positive attitude . Here is a story about a very old man, his positive attitude and a doctor who should have kept quiet.

Frank, a 90 year old, was being examined by his doctor. When the physical was over they had a little chat and the doctor told him he would like to see him again in six months. Two weeks later the doctor saw Frank walking down the street with a beautiful young woman on his arm and a broad smile on his face. He was, indeed ,a happy man.

Six months passed and Frank was once again being examined by his doctor. The first thing the doctor did was ask how he was feeling. Frank was beaming when he said, " Doc, I have never felt better in my life thanks to you and your wonderful advice." " What advice did I give you Frank?" the puzzled doctor asked. " Well the last time I was here you told me to get a hot momma and be cheerful, and that's exactly what I did."

The surprised doctor looked at him and said, " NO, NO, Frank that's not what I said. I said YOU HAVE A HEART MURMUR, BE CAREFUL."

I think the doctor should have kept quiet. Don't you?
