Do you ever get bored? Are you totally psyched with your life? Or is there maybe a little room for improvement?
Are you happy with your job? Does it bring you feelings of fulfillment everyday? Is life an adventure? Is it full of mystery, fantasy, and romance?
What do you mean no? Why not?

O.k. I'm messing with you a little but here is the reason.
If you answered no to most of these questions you are probably not following your passion . You may or may not realize it but there IS something you are passionate about. Discovering that passion within you and choosing to live day to day following that passion will open up a whole new world to you. A world of excitement, fulfillment, and success waits.

It does not matter what you are passionate about, only that you are true to yourself and follow it. Don't get yourself all pumped up about something that you really don’t care about just because you think you should. That’s not authentic and will crash leaving you burned and bummed out.

Let me illustrate to you what I'm talking about with a piece of my own personal story. My passion is about personal freedom through self-development. And more specifically developing myself and being free in order to pass that on to others. I love helping people make connections inside themselves that lead up to a moment where they say "AHA!" There is something about the feeling of helping people to improve their life from the inside out that is extremely rewarding for me.

To be honest I wasn't always on this path and my life kind of sucked. I hated the few jobs I'd had. All of my personal relationships were selfish and shallow. I was always broke, bored, and miserable. And I loved to drink.

Drinking gave me a life out side of pain and boredom, at least until the next morning when the hangover and drunken shame would set in. All this was before age twenty.

I was fortunate enough at age eighteen to be arrested for DWI. It saved me from becoming an alcoholic, and spiraling down into oblivion. It caused me to question my life and the lack of direction and to wonder what I should be doing. I know it's not pretty, or legal, and I'm not proud of it, but without these experiences I would not be living the wonderful and fulfilling life I do now. It was the beginning of my internal adventure.

I decided to enroll in massage school. What a good choice that turned out to be as it helped me to uncover my passion.Part of massage training is to work on and be worked on by your fellow students several times a week. Unbeknownst to me that has a way of stirring up anything you might have stuffed down inside of yourself. And I was confronted with my past. Fortunately the environment was conducive to working that stuff out. I dealt with a lot of my issues then, but there were still some that I was not ready to face.

It has been seventeen years since then, and I've kept at it the whole time. Today I am not held back by my past. I'm not held back by anything. In fact I have created my own method of self-exploration and self-development based on years of practice, participation in seminars, and dozens of self help books I've read and digested.

As an aside, the most powerful seminar I have attended is called the Forum. Landmark Education presents it, and I highly recommend it to any one who would live a more fulfilling life. Check this out today!

Over the years my practice has morphed from a massage therapy practice to a personal freedom/ self development practice that I share with my clients. I have several related business ventures. There is a bodywork/ coaching practice, a public speaking business, and a direct sales business.

The direct sales business fits in because financial freedom is an integral part of personal freedom. I am a capitalist and believe that as a system, capitalism more closely resembles the natural order of things than any other set of man made guidelines. It challenges and confronts weakness, and unless you enter a state of continual learning and self-development you must settle for mediocrity. You can’t sit in your comfort zone on the couch in front of the T.V. and expect to have a great life. It doesn't work that way

Passion is what will give you the drive needed to continually grow and to strive to reach the next level. Passion will open doors that were previously closed or hidden. People are attracted to passion and will want to know what you have going on and be a part of it. Passion is life energy and being full of it and pouring it out is exhilarating. Life without passion is dull, boring, and wasteful of our potential as humans. Life with passion is mysterious, adventurous, and fulfilling.
