Has your back ever hurt you?
According to statistic, 90 percent of Americans experience it. And the medical cost for all this runs about $50 billion per year.
The good news is we have a simple technique that’ll rid you and anyone’s back pain in as little as a few seconds “on the spot”. As quickly as you can think or talk about it. This would save the US economy billions. If we can save the US economy that much money, we deserve to be pay at least half a billion dollars a year so that we can use most of the funds to change the polluted environment of this planet and make more money in doing this and do more cleanup. Would you not agree?
First it’s not important for you to try to understand why you get that back pain in the first place because whatever you think, logically identified and rationally deducted in your mind and arrived to your conclusion what it is; is not what it is. If it is truthfully what it is; what it is would resolved your pain. In fact the more you try to understand and/or hired health and fitness professionals to support your reasons for the pain would guarantee to intensify your pain. If what they say doesn’t resolve your pain, what they claimed it is, even though it is very educational from an academic standpoint is not the truth.
For example to say that “the tendons attach your muscles to your bones. Ligaments attach bones to bones. As you get older, your flexibility decreases” give you the pain may sound very truthful, but it is not. If this reference doesn’t do anything even in reducing “one iota” of your back pain then it is not truthful. What is the sense of making up theory and story that may or could be the reason?
Remember when we get to the true reason, you pain would disappear within seconds “on the spot”, which I may add anyone can learn to do it and consistently repeat the result. Why does this freak out the majority of mainstream population? It is almost as if someone has seen a ghost!
Another rational reasoning that “Certain muscles shorten and your joints lose their range of motion—meaning your ligaments get weaker. This can trigger a number of back problems…” is also not the truth if it doesn’t resolve your back pain. This is not too much to ask, is it?
The advice that healthy stretching would work in relieving your pain because it lengthens your ligaments and strengthening your tendons is also pretty farfetched as well. It sounds logically very truthful. Again if it doesn’t eliminate your back pain, within seconds “on the spot”, there is no truth to that advice.

Of course we inevitably think that the pain we have in our back comes from some kind of injury we or someone done onto us. This is also pretty far from the truth; but being far from the truth is not necessary the issue, just a little off from the truth will perpetual your pain as much as far from the truth.
Having long and relaxed muscles that can lengthen on demand without resistance would help prevent and gain recovery from back pain sounds great and logically again. Does this really do the job as suggested? The first reason why people have unresolved back pain is that wherever the pain is coming from the back is not from the back. Even this basic rule, within the context of our great human intelligence, we do not get it right, therefore is not the truth. The back pain is stemmed from numerous referred weaknesses. It is identifying these weaknesses; we can get to the true causes, reasons, and source of this pain.
Therefore resolve your back pain once and for all.
