Here are 7 remedies you could try to help you sleep.

1. Drink a cup of chamomile tea before you go to bed. Chamomile is soothing. It works on the nervous system and the digestive system. 6. Give yourself a foot massage. There are a few ways you could do it. You could get a pair of golf balls and run them under the soles of your feet. Or you could make a fist and run your knuckles repeatedly down the soles of your feet from toes to heels. Or you could knead your feet with thumbs and fingers, covering the entire sole of each foot. It does help ease the tension that might keep you awake.
