Routine:Let’s talk about exercises that help you get bigger muscles. The important thing is that you max out when lifting while continuously trying to increase your weight. A max is simply one rep with the most weight you can do. Every gym session, your ultimate goal would be to increase your max.

Many people want to get big muscles but they don't want to put in the hard work. Every time you step foot in the gym, you have to increase your reps or your weights if you really want results.

Make sure to have a training partner at all times. Ideally, you’ll want to work more on free weight exercises so that your body will learn how to balance and use real weights. With free weight exercises, numerous muscle fibers will get worked the way you want them to. Perform few reps with very heavy weight if you can. You might want to do 8, 6 and 4 reps on a certain free weight exercise like bench press or incline bench press. For one week, focus your exercises to two body parts and exercising them 3 times weekly.

Diet :
Late night snacks should be avoided as well as sugary and processed sweets. You have to realize that you won’t get bigger muscles if you don’t faithfully watch what you eat. Protein is the substance you should be looking for if you really want bigger muscles. The reason for this is that amino acids are directly attributed to proteins. These proteins are the nutrients primarily responsible for mending torn tissues together. Personally, the key factor I use is MSM! Proteins can be found in many foods like fish, chicken and egg yolks.

Time to Recover:Make sure to give yourself enough time off in between workouts, otherwise anything you do will be useless. The recovery time is actually the time when your body will mend torn muscles.

Rest:The amount of sleep you get every day is essential if you want to get bigger muscles. This is the time when your body does most of its repair work on the muscles your tore up during your intense workouts. Ideally, it should be 8 straight hours of sleep starting from anytime before midnight.

Staying hydrated:Keeping yourself hydrated is essential since water helps facilitate flexibility, muscle repair and blood flow.
